Six stages. One available.

Funding Atlas is available. Application Builder is in development. The other four stages are planned concepts; their named outputs do not exist as public tools.

Funding Atlas release

88 programmes · 15 jurisdictions · 65 funders · 47 future dated deadlines. Only source-checked Verified records enter these figures; Current References remain separate.

01

Funding Atlas

Source-linked current programme records, encoded-rule eligibility screening, dated steps and original funder pages. A record is not an award or eligibility decision.

What exists today
Inspect counted programme records, original funder pages, dated steps, illustrative rules checks and a local shortlist. The separate Atlas workspace and its document checklist are not available.
Next milestone
A planned Atlas workspace connecting shortlists, company figures, deadlines, document checklists and release changes, and the funder award history now in development; no delivery date is promised.

02

Specialist Advisors

Designed as source-informed software for regulatory strategy, biostatistics, health technology assessment, clinical pharmacology, CMC and health economics; not people or an expert review service.

What exists today
No advisor module is available to visitors; no practitioner reviews an output through this site.
Next milestone
A testable software reasoning workflow showing cited inputs, challenge questions and an explicit human decision record.

Planned
03

Consortium Builder

Designed to map roles, partner types, investigator and site profiles, CRO scopes and comparable cost references. No actual partner, site, supplier, capacity or quotation is represented.

What exists today
No live consortium or supplier-matching service is available.
Next milestone
A reviewable roles-and-scopes example that distinguishes sourced examples from any actual engagement.

Planned
04

Application Builder

Designed to turn reviewed company facts and cited evidence into application sections, work packages, milestones, budgets and an evidence ledger for a person to author and sign.

What exists today
An internal Application Builder generates application sections from reviewed company facts and cited evidence, with a source ledger and a list of statements the evidence does not support. On 12 October 2026 it was run on a real Step 1 draft of 268 statements, each classified against the draft's evidence pack as supported, contradicted, unsupported, or dependent on evidence not in the pack. Results are held internally. No application-authoring workspace is published.
Next milestone
A second measured application; measured figures are published after it.

05

Regulatory Document Engine

Designed for human-reviewed IND and CTA source, protocol, investigator, CMC and quality, and briefing packages, each section carrying its source and decision trace.

What exists today
No regulatory document package is generated by the public site.
Next milestone
A reviewable example of source- and decision-traced sections; no regulatory compliance certification.

06

Submission Desk

Designed for authority-specific preparation and reuse of the same evidence. FundingMachine does not file or serve as legal representative.

What exists today
There is no filing service, authorised submission channel or working preparation desk here.
Next milestone
An authority-specific, review-ready handoff for a person to file through the required validated channel.

Atlas release notes

These dated changes record every change in the programme or funder count and the correction of one nongeographic Global scope previously labelled as a jurisdiction. Neutral Reference additions did not change counted Verified figures. Held, Archived and Current Reference records are excluded.

  1. 65 programmes / 43 funders

Initial source-derived Atlas dataset. Source commit a84e43d.

  2. 104 programmes / 78 funders

Expanded source-checked dataset revision. Source commit dfd3d66.

  3. 90 programmes / 67 funders

Source-hygiene and verification corrections removed unsupported counted records. Source commit 0ef5293.

  4. 89 programmes / 66 funders

One Mind Rising Star archived as a closed call. Source commit e5fe0e3.

  5. 88 programmes / 65 funders

CA-ISC moved to Held because no open life-science challenge was published. Source commit 58cb787.

  6. 88 programmes / 65 funders / 15 jurisdictions

Geography presentation correction: one Global-scope record remains in the 88 programmes, but Global is not a jurisdiction. The public jurisdiction count now excludes that nongeographic category.

General enquiry status

07

General programme enquiry

The existing consented contact form accepts contact details and a message. It records a general enquiry, not a guaranteed briefing, live stage access or confirmed shared-mailbox delivery.

What exists today
A consented general enquiry can be submitted through the website and stored in the existing enquiry system.
Next milestone
Verify shared-mailbox delivery and a production-domain confirmation email before describing a confirmed programme discussion.

What individual screens show

These supporting records do not add a seventh stage or imply a working future tool.

  • Illustrative rules check

    Available

  • Funder award history

    In development

A dataset of published awards by funder, linked to Atlas programmes: which funder paid for what, when and how much. The first source, NIH ExPORTER, was loaded into the internal workspace on 12 October 2026 (one fiscal year measured, full history loading). Nothing is published until each source's licence has been read and recorded. No success rates, award probabilities or rankings of individuals will be shown.
