What you send and why

The enquiry form collects your full name, work email, company or organisation, role, country of incorporation and any optional message. We use these details only to respond to your enquiry. We record the time, your unticked-by-default consent choice and the version of the consent wording you accepted. Consent is the legal basis for this enquiry processing. You may withdraw it at any time by emailing us.

Where information goes

Vercel hosts this site and processes form submissions in its Frankfurt region. Enquiries are stored in an EU-region database. Resend may deliver an email notification to our designated inbox after our sending domain is verified. Plausible provides EU-hosted, cookieless traffic analytics without advertising pixels. Hosting and email systems may also process technical information needed for service security and delivery.

How long we keep it

Enquiries are retained for up to twelve months after the last exchange unless an ongoing customer relationship follows. You may ask for deletion sooner. This period is subject to the operator's legal review.

Your rights

You may request access, correction or erasure of your information, and you may withdraw your consent by email. You may complain to the UK Information Commissioner's Office or to the data protection authority in your own country.

Cookies

We do not use non-essential cookies or advertising pixels on the public site, so there is no cookie consent banner.

fundingmachine.ai is operated by NW PharmaTech Ltd. The service will transfer to FundingMachine Ltd, a UK company being incorporated, on completion of that incorporation; this notice will be updated on that date.
