Source-linked intelligence.
Atlas records connect published programme facts to original funder pages and dated checks. Only fully source-checked records enter public figures, the map and future deadline counts. Confirmed programmes with missing facts appear separately as Current Reference, with missing fields marked Not published and no unencoded verdict.
The planned cross-stage evidence base would link material scientific claims to identifiable literature, trials and reviewed project facts. It is not a working connected project record today.
What a map point means.
A blue country bubble counts source-checked current programme records assigned to the funder jurisdiction, not where an applicant is eligible, a project operates, or money has been awarded. Country points use centroids derived from pinned Natural Earth country geometry for orientation. EU-level programmes appear in a separate EU category, not a Europe-wide sum or a fabricated country point. Global is a separate nongeographic category, not a jurisdiction.
Teal rings mark country jurisdictions with dated steps. The card and linked programme records give the exact count behind each bubble. A map point is not a screening verdict. Inspect the Atlas map
Planned software, not a person on every answer.
Specialist Advisors are planned software modules designed to challenge regulatory strategy, biostatistics, health technology assessment, clinical pharmacology, CMC and health economics assumptions using source-linked evidence. Their proposed logic is informed by senior experience in those fields, not a promise that a practitioner reviews, signs or approves any output. No module, human panel or review service is available here today.
See Specialist Advisors statusWhat regulatory-grade means here.
Regulatory-grade is a design objective for source-traced, decision-logged, review-ready documentation. Unsupported material claims would be flagged as unresolved. It does not mean that an existing document is validated, compliant, accepted or filed.
Submission-ready means intended preparation of a package for a person to file through the validated channel and legal representative required by an authority. The proposed Submission Desk would reuse the reviewed evidence across authorities instead of rebuilding it, but that future reuse has not been measured as a time or cost saving. FundingMachine does not file and is not a legal representative.

NIH notice NOT-OD-25-132 applies to applications submitted to receipt dates from 25 September 2025 onward. It limits an individual PI/PD/MPI to six new, renewal, resubmission or revision applications across all council rounds in a calendar year, excluding T activity codes and R13 Conference Grant Applications.
NIH says applications or sections substantially developed by AI are not considered applicants' original ideas. The notice allows that limited AI assistance may be appropriate in specific circumstances. It is not a categorical ban on every use of AI and is not an endorsement of FundingMachine. Applicants remain responsible for original ideas, accuracy and submission.
Official NIH notice reviewed 4 October 2026. Check current NIH and funder guidance before acting.
